CA Sumit Kabra heads the Project Financing & Loan Syndication and Business Set-Up Services besides being involved in the other services of the firm such as Auditing and Direct Taxation. Mr. Sumit Kabra is also responsible for handling Corporate and Secretarial Matters of clients across a wide range of industries.

A Chartered Accountant and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mr. Sumit Kabra is a thorough professional. Prior to co-founding the firm, he was associated as Partner with prominent Chartered Accountant Firms in Guwahati and there he gained immense experience in the field of Project Financing & Loan Syndication and Business set-up Services under Indian &Local Regulatory and Business Environment, Direct taxation, Audit & Assurance Services and Corporate laws. Besides being an Indian Chartered Accountant, he is a qualified Information Systems Auditor having acquired I.S.A (D.I.S.A.) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Licentiate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also successfully holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Gauhati University.

He is also an Insolvency Professional under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has successfully completed the Certification Courses on Concurrent Audit of Banks, and Goods & Services Tax (GST) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Besides this he has also attended the Peer Reviewer Training Programme conducted by the Institute and he has also completed a certificate course on AI (Level 1) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
